Shipping Availability

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

At this time, international shipping is not available through Paw Carry Shop.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during our normal business hours.

Processing Details

  • Business Days: Monday – Friday

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 03:00 PM (EST)

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time may begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery timeframe is:

  • Transit Time: 5–7 business days

  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6–9 business days

Most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

All prices on our website are displayed in USD.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $49

  • Flat Rate Shipping Fee: $4.50 for orders under $49

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

To provide dependable delivery service throughout the United States, we work with trusted shipping carriers, including:

The carrier selected for your shipment may vary depending on your location, package size, and shipping availability.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become available after shipment confirmation.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally happen due to circumstances outside our control, including:

Paw Carry Shop is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping information submitted during checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately before your order is shipped.
