Returns requested after 30 days of delivery may not be approved.

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or replacement item, please contact our support team before returning the product.

All returns must be sent by mail to our return facility.

  3. Our team will provide a prepaid return shipping label

  4. Securely package the item

  5. Attach the prepaid label to the package

  6. Ship the item to the approved return address
